RISING FROM THE ROOTS
The second installment of the three-part, Chakra Workshop Series, Chakras Part II, "Rising for the Roots," provides an interactive, deeper-dive into the first 3 of the 7 main, energetic Chakras. Chakras Part II uses a combination of yoga postures, creative writing and journal prompts and group conversation, all interweaved with accessible and real-life scenarios of how and when the ideas and concepts behind these Chakras shows up in our daily lives. Students can expect to discover unique, personal insights and leave with "real-life tools" to help deepen their understanding and sense of personal connection to each to the first 3 Chakras.
