Join Liz each week for a nervous system-soothing class that blends gentle movement, breathwork, and mindfulness. These gatherings are designed to help you settle, soften, and remember your own rhythms.

Recalibrate: A Seasonal Retreat
for Nervous System Nourishment

Recalibrate is a seasonal retreat to help you slow down and listen inward. Through a blend of breathwork, movement, rest, and reflection, this space is designed to support your nervous system and realign you with your own inner rhythm.
These retreats are intentionally small and deeply personal: a space to be held, witnessed, and cared for.
The next retreat will be held November 3–8, 2025 in Escaleras, Costa Rica, just outside of Dominical.
Each Recalibrate includes:
